Traoers focus more on sowing than on results. This is like a farmer who understands they can't control the harvest. But they know they can control the act of sowing. And that's all they do.

A Traoer takes responsibility for all their actions, both in their work and in their life. We understand that to change something, we must first change ourselves. A Traoer also doesn't need others to supervise, remind, or check on tasks they've committed to.

A Traoer always tells the truth and fulfills their promises. We immediately inform others when we know commitments might not be met and offer solutions. Whenever something goes wrong, a Traoer focuses on saving face for the Company rather than for themselves.

Creativity is the decisive factor in Trao's success. Therefore, Traoers always welcome new ideas with open arms. We've also removed the word 'impossible' from our vocabulary. 

Traoers love to deliver 'wow' experiences. That means doing small things with great love. And Traoers get 1% better every day so that excellence becomes a habit.

6. SYSTEM

A Traoer respects established systems until a new process is approved. A Traoer also documents and measures what they do, providing a basis for suggesting system improvements whenever possible.

7. COMMUNICATION

A Traoer always ensures there's only one way to understand the communicated content. We don't judge things at face value and always ask questions whenever we sense a potential misunderstanding. Traoers also don't engage in gossip or backbiting. If we want to offer feedback, we'll discuss it directly with each other. If a mistake is made, a Traoer will always apologize and provide a solution to fix it.

A Traoer is always willing to share their knowledge, skills, and connections with others and praise them as they improve daily. At the same time, we are also open to letting go of knowledge or habits that are no longer suitable for our own or the business's future.

A Traoer believes in using objective standards to resolve conflicts. No one has higher authority than these standards. Standards will be defined in employment contracts, employee handbooks, market benchmarks, or industry practices. When conflicts arise, a Traoer ensures both parties are operating within the same frame of reference before collaboratively seeking solutions.
