SALARY

We will pay you the HIGHEST for the work results you deliver. In some cases, Trao invites you to proposeyour desired salary. And we will pay that salary when you prove it with corresponding work results

The company pays salaries on the 5th of each month and is never late.

TRAVEL

Depending on your position, dedication, and commitment, the Company may sponsor you to travel combined with rest and work in beautiful natural places such as Da Nang, Da Lat, Sapa or or overseas once or several times a year..

CLOTHING

You are free to express your personal style in clothing that you like, except for days with pre-planned company events or work.

TRAINING PROGRAM

The training program is personalized based on each individual's talent, experience, and dreams. You will be directly trained by your superiors or sponsored for courses when you have a long-term commitment to Trao:

WORK LOCATION

Hanoi Office: S206 Building – Vinhomes Ocean Park – Gia Lam – Hanoi

If you work full-time: Hybridwork between the office and onlineWhen working online, you can work from home, your hometown, in the mountains, by the sea, or anywhere else (conditions apply).

Initially, you will mainly work at the Company office to be trained in professional skills and work standards.

WORKING HOURS

Full-time: Depending on your position, but the Company's official working hours are as follows:

Working 6.5 hours / day + 1.5 hours of breaks interspersed throughout the day
Monday – Friday: 8h – 12h and afternoon 13h30 – 17h30
Employees located far from the office will have their working hours reduced by an additional 0.5 hours

SAFE JOBS

These are simple and repetitive tasks. You will receive specific step-by-step instructions to complete the work.

SPECIALIZED JOBS

You will become an Assistant to the Board of Directors in specialized fields such as human resources, marketing, business, accounting, finance, design, branding and more.

MANAGEMENT JOBS

If you are a visionary with strategic thinking, you can join the Assistant to the Board of Directors team in writing work instructions for other members.
