Fairy tales have naturally become a part of life, as their beautiful values are conveyed in simple, sincere, and heartfelt ways. Still told in a captivating style, the story "Tri khon cua ta day" now reaches children through music in the Tiger album.
"Storytelling through music", "Experiencing the tale with all senses", "Stepping into the character’s shoes", "Bringing characters to life in detail"—these are exactly what define the idea of musical fairy tales. In the Tiger album, the story "Tri khon cua ta day" is sequentially retold through seven musical pieces, each exploring in depth the situations, characters, and scenes of the story. This offers children the opportunity to listen, learn, feel, and remember the tale—all at once. From there, they can naturally apply the beauty of language and the values of truth, kindness, and beauty into their everyday actions.
Nurturing children's minds and souls with the magical seed of musical fairy tales
The Power of Music and the Challenge of Nurturing the Seeds of the Soul
The Emotional Power of Music – Especially the Kind That Tells Fairy Tales
Music has long been regarded as the language of the soul, capable of inspiring and touching the deepest layers of emotion. Especially for children, music effortlessly plants the “seeds” of emotional resonance, empathy, and deep compassion. These are the essential seeds for nurturing the soul and developing the intellect, helping children learn to love, to share, and to appreciate the beauty of life.
Children’s music, therefore, carries a profound power to inspire, as each piece is written to express the most sincere and familiar elements of childhood. From simple, pure lyrics to catchy and engaging melodies, children's music creates a vibrant “safe space” where young listeners are free to explore the beauty of nature, find joy in small, everyday moments, and learn how to give love. Stories and humanistic lessons are cleverly woven into each song, serving as effective tools to spark compassion, sharing, and gratitude. From these early emotional awakenings, children gradually learn to empathize with others’ sadness, rejoice in shared happiness, and cultivate a heart that is open and kind. Through the world that music opens up, their intellect is sharpened, language skills are enhanced, and most importantly, their souls are enriched with pure and wholesome emotions.

Album Tiger – Telling Fairy Tales Through Music
What Is the "Equation" for Nurturing the Seeds of the Soul?
In the digital age, children can easily access music through countless platforms and modern devices. However, this also presents a challenge that concerns many parents: not all content children are exposed to is age-appropriate. Amid meaningful songs, there are also many pieces featuring romantic themes, unfamiliar or unsuitable messages, which may even “distort” the pure, innocent emotional world of young minds.
Children, especially during their developmental stages, often absorb music passively and have not yet developed the ability to distinguish between meaningful values and inappropriate content. Therefore, the responsibility of guiding them toward suitable musical experiences falls on the shoulders of parents and teachers — those who perceive, select, and lead children on their journey of receiving and learning through music.
Sowing the seeds of fairy tale music into children's lives
The curators and seed sowers
Selection alone is not enough—parents and teachers must also truly feel the value that music brings, especially songs inspired by fairy tales and traditional folk culture. These songs serve as a bridge, guiding children into a world of emotional resonance and empathy. Rich in humanity, celebrating the love of nature, love for others, and honoring true human intelligence, these songs are precious “seeds of the soul” that help children cultivate compassion, an appreciation for beauty, and a vivid imagination.
Retelling the story behind a song, discussing and analyzing its interesting details, is a way for parents not only to accompany their children, but also to nurture a strong emotional foundation. Through this process, children can gain a deeper understanding of the values hidden within each melody, allowing music to become a meaningful part of their inner world.
Children’s music holds a magical power to inspire and transform—but for that power to truly flourish, it requires the guidance and companionship of parents and teachers. They are the sowers of seeds, opening up a colorful world that nurtures both intellect and purity of soul in children as they grow. In this spirit, Album Cọp emerges as an ideal companion—supporting parents and educators in leading young listeners into a vibrant world of fairy-tale-inspired music.

Tiger Album – Nurturing the Mind and Soul with 7 Musical Pieces
Part 1 of the story is vividly brought to life through songs rich in imagery, helping children grasp the meaning of wisdom, curiosity, and early life lessons. The album opens with "Dao choi trong rung", where the innocent Cop wanders through the beautiful natural scenery. Next, "Cop hoi" retells Cop’s curiosity about wisdom, sparking a spirit of exploration and learning. The climax builds with "Dot Cop", where the farmer tricks Cop, recreating the dramatic tension of this well-known folktale.
Part 2 continues with a profound humanitarian message, where love and sharing are placed as the foundation of true wisdom. This continuation not only helps the folktale live on through time but also refreshes it, aligning with the worldview of modern children. "Ru Cop" is a gentle lullaby from Mother Nature, soothing Cop’s pain. "Tim Cop" tells of the village’s solidarity as everyone searches for Cop, and "Thuong Cop" brings a lesson about sharing, as the whole village cares for and helps Cop recover. The album concludes with "Ca lang thuong nhau", a joyful springtime song that affirms: true wisdom lies in love and connection. These melodies not only plant seeds of love for nature and humanity in young hearts but also keep the folktale alive in the hearts of listeners across generations.
The Tiger Album was composed based on the storybook "Tri khon cua ta day" (Part 2), written by author Ngoc Duc Luong and published by Trao Books in 2021.
