(Each box of dried Hibiscus can make about 30 - 40 cups of tea)
Taste: Natural sour
Can be enjoyed with: honey, stevia sugar, ginger
To retain the full health benefit of the product (such as blood pressure reduction, weight loss, support to treatment of diabetes, digestive diseases, etc ), you should drink without sugar. However, if you drink without sugar, the tea will have a typical sour, which sometimes may be a bit of harsh flavor to the drinker. Conversely, if you want to fully enjoy its complete deliciousness, sugar will make tea extremely delicious. Another option is that you can use natural sweeteners like stevia sugar.

Dried Hibiscus calyxes are not medicine and cannot be expected to work as medicine.
Pregnant or breast-feeding women should consult their physician before using dried Hibiscus.
Do not use tap water to make tea, because the chlorine in tap water will increase the acridity and sourness of the dried Hibiscus. Using boiling pure water to make Hibiscus tea will make the tea have a clearer color and the sour taste will also be milder.
