    But, dear friend, you don't need to cross mountains and oceans. You just need to let your mind settle, like a calm lake on a beautiful autumn afternoon. You will hear your heart beat. You will feel each breath gently guiding you... and the rivers surging in your veins. You will also feel nature out there, and nature within you too.<\/p>\n

    A seed knows how to sprout on its own. A flower knows how to emit its alluring fragrance to attract bees. Water ascending to the sky naturally transforms into clouds. Heavy clouds will return to the earth through rain. The nature within us always has the answer. As soon as our minds stop telling stories, the nature within us will begin to lead the way.<\/p>\n

    I call that nature the silent hero. If the silent hero can care for a beating heart, then the hero can also pave the way to happiness. And then, we become spectators on the river of dreams.<\/p>\n

    Therefore, we are not alone in this life. Even in what seem like the darkest moments, we always have the companionship of the silent hero. Every time we return to the care of that hero, our soul becomes fresh again. From there, we gain more faith in our choices. And no matter what adventures those choices lead us to, deep down we will always feel boundless peace.<\/p>\n
