Notably, the overall First Prize was awarded to B\u00f9i Anh Khang, a student from class 5C at Ng\u00f4 Quy\u1ec1n Primary School (Hai B\u00e0 Tr\u01b0ng District, Hanoi City), for a video highly rated by the Judging Panel for its professional quality and attracting a large number of votes and interactions on social media. After receiving the award from the Organizing Committee, Khang emotionally shared:<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cThe most precious thing I gained after this contest is not the prize, but the profound changes in my thoughts and emotions.
